Canadian drone company has signed a deal worth up to $7.5 million to acquire assets from Skip Dynamix’s unmanned aerial systems business. The acquisition will combine Draganfly’s artificial intelligence, autonomy software, and military integration expertise with Skip Dynamix’s rapidly manufactured drone platforms. A major part of the deal includes the addition of the Orca fixed-wing unmanned aircraft, which supports intelligence gathering, electronic warfare, logistics, and one-way strike missions. Draganfly stated that the move strengthens its position with NATO-aligned customers seeking low-cost and flexible drone solutions for military and security operations. The acquisition is expected to close in June 2026.
