has partnered with to integrate advanced signal intelligence payloads onto tactical unmanned aerial vehicles. The agreement aims to bring sophisticated electronic intelligence capabilities, traditionally limited to large aircraft such as the RC-135 and MQ-9 Reaper, down to smaller battlefield-level drone platforms. The integrated systems will enable the interception, collection, and analysis of radar emissions, military communications, air defense networks, and other electronic signals. Under the collaboration, a Rohde & Schwarz SIGINT payload will be installed on a German-made tactical UAV for the first time, providing more flexible airborne reconnaissance capabilities while leveraging the mobility and lower operating costs of unmanned systems.
