A new production center established by Milrem Robotics and VDL Defentec in the Netherlands will manufacture THeMIS unmanned ground vehicles destined for Ukraine. Designed to rapidly scale production, the facility supports a broader commitment to provide 100 robotic platforms to Ukrainian forces. The opening ceremony marked the transfer of the initial batch of systems to Dutch authorities before shipment to Kyiv. The THeMIS UGVs are expected to support a variety of missions, including logistics, reconnaissance, and force protection, demonstrating the increasing importance of robotic systems in modern warfare.
