The Indian Army is expanding its use of domestically developed drones through new orders for Hild Defence’s Atlas attack UAV and Talon FPV strike drone. Together, the systems provide capabilities ranging from battlefield surveillance and precision strikes to loitering munition operations. The move reflects India’s increasing focus on indigenous drone technologies and lessons learned from recent conflicts where unmanned systems have played a decisive role.
