German defense company ARX Robotics and Ukrainian robotics specialist Roboneers have established a joint venture to manufacture unmanned ground vehicles for Ukraine’s armed forces. Operating under the name ARX Industries, the partnership will mass-produce robotic platforms based on Roboneers’ Lynx PRO technology while providing maintenance and operational support. Backed by the German and Ukrainian governments through the “Build with Ukraine” initiative, the collaboration aims to accelerate domestic production of autonomous battlefield systems and strengthen Ukraine’s defense industrial capacity.
