After finishing testing the third of Australia’s four MQ-4C Triton drones at its California site, Northrop Grumman is now one step closer to completing the final delivery. The unmanned aircraft will be sent to Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland, where it will undergo calibration testing with the second MQ-4C. Later this year, the drones are anticipated to be transferred to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and stationed at RAAF Base Tindal after testing is finished.
