The US Navy will receive more RQ-21 Blackjack and MQ-27 ScanEagle unmanned aerial systems under a $102.3 million contract that Boeing subsidiary Insitu has signed. According to the agreement, 21 RQ-21A small tactical drones and 47 MQ-27 surveillance and reconnaissance aerial vehicles are to be distributed for “business partnership capacity efforts,” naval force operations, and US foreign military sales clients. The package comes with training, tools, spares, turrets, support equipment, and system payloads.
