The Australian government has launched a military program to develop medium-range precision loitering munition systems.
Part of the Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA) mission, the Talon Strike program will develop kinetic systems with the capabilities of guided missiles.
A request for tenders has already been issued for the capability’s rapid procurement.
