Cleo Robotics has unveiled the Dronut DD1, a next-generation aerial robot built for operations in confined, GPS-denied environments. Unlike traditional drones, the DD1 uses a ducted fan design that shields its rotors, making it safer for indoor and close-proximity use. It is also quieter and equipped with advanced sensors and long-range communications. The drone’s AI-driven navigation enables it to function reliably even in areas where satellite signals are jammed, blocked, or unavailable, offering military, law enforcement, and industrial users a compact yet highly capable reconnaissance tool.
