A $124 million agreement between the UAE and Electro Optic Systems will see the delivery of Slinger counter-drone remote weapon systems, extending the reach of the platform into another key international market.
Under the contract, EOS will provide complete Slinger weapon system packages that include cannons, training support, spare parts, and related sustainment services. The procurement will be facilitated through Abu Dhabi-based Gen5 Holding.
The systems will be produced jointly in Australia and the UAE, with deliveries anticipated to begin in 2027.
