Elbit Systems will present its newly developed PAWS-2 High Resolution missile warning system at the upcoming Paris Air Show, set for June 16–22. The system is tailored for use on multiple aircraft types in intense combat environments.

The PAWS-2 (HR) integrates a cooled Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) sensor that exceeds five megapixels in resolution. This allows for improved imagery and better detection of threats across a broad spectrum of infrared-guided munitions.

Its passive infrared architecture ensures early alerts, precise launch site identification, and refined threat assessment. These features combine to boost aircraft survivability by lowering false alarm rates and improving the efficiency of deployed countermeasures.
