Persistent Systems has secured $29 million in contracts to supply coastline surveillance network systems to a number of Baltic Sea countries. Through the initiative, the business will deploy its Wave Relay MANET network system, which will connect ships, planes, ground forces, coastal security units, and mobile operations centers over 2,500 miles (4,023 kilometers) of the Baltic Sea coast and enable real-time communication and data sharing to improve coordination and threat response among participating nations.
