The Brazilian Navy has partnered with EDGE of the UAE to enhance protection of military networks and maritime infrastructure against cyber threats. Signed in São Paulo, the agreement covers possible creation of a specialized cyber defense unit, development of naval cybersecurity tools, and training programs for personnel. The initiative supports Brazil’s wider push to modernize cyber resilience after recent multinational exercises and new military cyber programs.
