The occasion represents the HMS Venturer (F12)’s shift from its three-year construction phase to its last fitting prior to being inducted into the military.
The warship’s transfer included utilizing the company’s unique transport cradles to position the hull in place for its inaugural submersion into the River Forth this summer.
The ship will come back to Rosyth for dock-based integrations and sea trial preparations once the platform has finished floating off.
