The Montenegrin Navy has awarded a contract to French shipbuilder Kership for the supply of two offshore patrol vessels (OPVs). The agreement, finalized during a defense trade convention in Paris, involves the OPV 60M—an advanced vessel developed in Concarneau, widely utilized for maritime security operations and long-endurance missions.
