The Italian Navy has officially received the new “Emilio Bianchi” multi-role frigate, part of a bilateral defense project with France. Built in northern Italy, the 6,700-ton ship features advanced weaponry, a combined propulsion system, modern sensors, and the capacity to deploy an NH90 helicopter, significantly enhancing Italy’s naval strength.
