Raytheon has delivered more than 700,000 Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided (TOW) weapon systems to the U.S. military and allied forces globally. Since 2003, the TOW missile has been employed in combat approximately 11,000 times. The U.S. Department of Defense has also supplied around 13,000 TOW missiles to Ukraine. The TOW system is compatible with a wide range of manned and unmanned platforms, including the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), Stryker anti-tank guided missile variant, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, and various light armored vehicles. Production and related work are being carried out in Tucson, Arizona.
