The US Marine Corps is expanding its fleet of Polaris MRZR Alpha Ultra-Light Tactical Vehicles under a new multi-year contract focused on mobility and expeditionary power generation. The latest configuration introduces a 5kW onboard power export capability, enabling the vehicle to support tactical computing systems, communications equipment, and air defense assets during forward operations. Built for transport inside MV-22 and CH-53 aircraft, the MRZR Alpha combines lightweight mobility with off-road performance and multi-role adaptability for contested environments. The platform continues to support a wide range of missions, including troop movement, casualty evacuation, logistics resupply, and counter-drone operations for Marine expeditionary forces.
