Patria and the Finnish city of Hämeenlinna are preparing a cooperation agreement aimed at expanding the local defense industrial ecosystem. The initiative will focus on industrial infrastructure, workforce development, and the creation of demonstration and testing environments for defense companies operating in the region. A joint steering group will oversee implementation of the framework, which supports Hämeenlinna’s role as one of Patria’s key armored vehicle production hubs and strengthens Finland’s broader defense manufacturing base.
