This version includes a suite of technological enhancements that elevate its survivability, protection, and combat abilities, placing it among the most sophisticated armored vehicles. The M2A4E1 is outfitted with Elbit Systems’ Iron Fist Light Decoupled (IF-LD) Active Protection System, which can intercept and neutralize anti-tank missiles and rockets before they reach the vehicle, meeting the increasing demand for modern defensive capabilities.
