Babcock International and Turkey’s Aselsan have agreed to examine options for supporting the RAF’s future electronic warfare training needs. The collaboration centers on a potential Surface Electronic Warfare Threat system under the UK’s Next Generation Operational Training program. The initiative seeks to replicate advanced air defense threats in simulated environments, allowing aircrew to train for contested operations without relying exclusively on live exercises.
