Sikorsky has introduced modular upgrade kits that allow the UH-60 Black Hawk to shift rapidly between transport and armed missions using the same airframe. Reconfiguration can reportedly be completed in about three hours. The kits support rockets, guns, guided missiles, and precision munitions while retaining troop lift and utility functions. Possible loadouts include Hellfire, JAGM, and Spike NLOS missiles. The systems are available through foreign military sales and commercial channels, with installation support from facilities such as PZL Mielec in Poland.
