Raytheon has secured a $441.6 million contract to supply Patriot GEM-T missile systems under Operation Epic Fury. The deal expands a broader $2.4 billion framework agreement and supports ongoing US military operations. The GEM-T missile is designed to intercept a range of aerial threats, including tactical ballistic missiles, using advanced terminal guidance that updates targeting data in real time. With a range of approximately 160 kilometers, the system enhances defensive capabilities for deployed forces and critical infrastructure. Production will take place in Pennsylvania, with completion expected by 2026 under US Army oversight.
