India’s ongoing military modernization efforts are increasingly focused on network-centric warfare and joint operations. The integration of IACCS and Akashteer allows seamless coordination between air defence assets, missile batteries, and command centres. During recent exercises, the system provided enhanced situational awareness, automated engagement sequencing, and improved airspace management. The capability supports the broader objectives of Strategic Guidelines 2047 by strengthening interoperability, operational efficiency, and multi-domain combat readiness.
